COMPANY          Wafangdian Zhengda Metallurgical Mill Bearing Co., Ltd. is one of the specialized manufacturers of rolling mill bearings in China. It is situated in the northern suburbs of Wafangdian City----the birthplace of China’s bearing industry. Wafangdian Zhengda Metallurgical Mill Bearing Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “ WZZZ Company”or “WZZZ”, because “WZZZ” is our trade mark.) was formerly known as Wafangdian Special Mill Bearing Factory, which was founded on the 26th of September, 1994. It belonged to a private enterprise, but in 1996, its name was changed into Wafangdian Metallurgical Mill Bearing Factory. It belonged to a collective enterprise. In April, 2002, it was established as a new company, Wafangdian Zhengda Metallurgical Mill Bearing Co., Ltd.         In December, 1977, the WZZZ Company set up a heat treatment workshop and went into production in the same year. In May, 1999, it cooperated with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute in accomplishing bainite hardened heat treatment for bearing parts and put the facilities into good use. In 2004, WZZZ introduced a complete advanced multi-combustion chamber furnace with a cleaning apparatus and a high temperature tempering furnace, forming a heat treatment production line. The name of the main furnace introduced from Austria is “AICHELIN”, which can not only complete carburization but also perform carbon and nitrogen hardening simultaneously.         In October, 1998, WZZZ established the quality management system according to ISO 9002 – 1994 standard, and in the meanwhile it was approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Co., Ltd. and was completely awarded ISO 9001: 2002 quality system certificate on March 5, 2002. In May, 1999, the grinding workshop and assembly workshop were rebuilt and enlarged. In October, 2000, WZZZ was awarded international standard product marking certificate issued by Liaoning Province Product Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau about “four-row cylindrical roller bearings” and “double-row angular contact ball bearings”. In November, 2000, WZZZ succeeded in replacing the SKF bearings: 331168A and 313893 by the domestic bearings, whose user, Xiamen Zhongda Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., applied these bearings to the bar and wire rolling mills.         In February, 2001, WZZZ designed and produced more than 10 bearings of accuracy Class P5 used for the calenders of Shanghai Beicai Light Industry Mechanical Factory successfully. In 2001, WZZZ designed and produced the four-row taper roller bearing 330661C in inch system and the sealed four-row taper roller bearings which was successful in being applied to Model 1700 Rolling Mill for Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, thus replacing the imported bearings.         In August, 2001, WZZZ was awarded the title of “Wafangdian Advanced Unit in Science and technology”. In 2002, WZZZ was honored with the title of “Quality Credit Guarantee Unit” issued by Liaoning Province Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute. In the same year, it designed and produced the sealed double-row taper roller bearings IDTB0034—2LS (the nominal dimensions: 425.925mm×590.55mm×220mm) for Model 2050 hot rolling mill with vertical rolls of Shanghai Bao Steel Co., Ltd. It was successful in testing applications.         In the year 2002, Baotou Hot Steel Strip Rolling Plant used WZZZ’s patent products: four-row cylindrical roller bearings successfully. The patent number is ZL 02 2 11755.5. In August, 2002, the bearings T-E-48680D/48620/48620DEIEV4 were manufactured and successfully used for Shanghai Bao Steel Co., Ltd. Therefore, the bearings WZZZ made were substituted for the ones made by SKF Company. Four lots of the bearings imported from abroad had been replaced by the end of the 2003.         Since 2002, WZZZ has been a branch member unit of China Bearing Material Heat Treatment Association. In 2003, WZZZ designed and produced the patent bearing for multi-roll cold mill: MCBB0011/P5 for some iron and steel design institute. It also manufactured PN bearings for Zhuzhou Steel Group Corporation in the same year. In the beginning of the year 2004, WZZZ was qualified for import and export trade rights. It has done businesses with many foreign companies directly or indirectly.         WZZZ has a capability for supplying different sorts of standard and non- standard bearings used on the roll necks of rolling mills for the customers from all over the world. The bearings produced by WZZZ Company have found a wide application in the roll mill, rubber and plastics and calendar equipment for wires, bars, steel plates, steel shapes, strip steel, and so on. The trade mark, “WZZZ”, has been registered by Administrative Bureau of Industry and Commerce of China. WZZZ and its personnel always treat the customers as Gods.
